憲法法庭 | Constitutional Court

中華民國司法院憲法法庭 Judicial Yuan Constitutional Court, Republic of China 司法院憲法法庭由 15 位大法官組成，依據中華民國憲法及中華民國憲法增修條文行使職權。憲法法庭之職權包含法規範憲法審查、裁判憲法審查，審理政黨違憲解散案、總統副總統彈劾案、機關爭議案件、地方自治保障案及統一解釋法令案。 憲法法庭之判決，具有拘束中華民國各級機關與人民之效力。各機關並有實現判決內容之義務。對於憲法法庭及其下轄各審查庭的裁定與判決，不得聲明不服。 The Constitutional Court of the Judicial Yuan consists of 15 Justices who exercise their powers in accordance with the Constitution of the Republic of China and the Additional Articles of the Constitution. The jurisdiction of the Constitutional Court includes constitutional review of legal norms and court decisions, as well as cases regarding the dissolution of unconstitutional political parties, impeachment of the President or Vice President, disputes between state organs, and protection of local autonomy. Constitutional Court judgments are binding on all authorities and the public. These rulings are final and must be implemented; no further appeals are permitted.
