In the summer of 1996, in the city of Sanjiang in the northeast. This is the confluence of the Mudan River, the Songhua River, and the Wusuri River. It is a prefecture-level city that relies on timber, border trade, and light industry. The remnants of the planned economy still exist, and the market tide is awakening. (Stay away from malicious people without new life.)
