[v1.2] smlua (sturgeon's man's lua)

smlua is a programming language that is meant to be messed around in, so the syntax and logic flow arent the most scalable or impressive but you can make the screen say exactly what you want (yes this does include cuss words, i dont see a reason why to use them apart from funny, which is actually the point of using this programming language, so go ahead). this is optimized and made only for pc but all other devices are allowed, i cant guarantee using smlua on any other device than a pc will work correctly but i allowed it for the visits lol. everything in smlua that uses plain english is lowercase and case sensitive, so every keyword that the computer understands has to be written in lowercase for it to work; though your variables can be any case you want.
