Phoenix's Third Nuclear Power Plant started operation, back in 1971. Chernozem Nuclear Power Plant uses the RBMK Reactor Design the plant was "safe" they said but one day it would change. Are you being able to control and operate the reactor smoothly and safely? or will disaster occur, if.... You press the wrong buttons?
