Fort Washington - Headquarters of the C.S. Army

Fort Washington is a Third System coastal fort, originally built by the United States Army in 1830 as a sister fort to Fort Sumter, sharing the same masonry seacoast defence system. During the early weeks of the American Civil War, Fort Washington was captured by the Confederacy several days after Virginia seceded from the Union. Located on the eastern coastline of Virginia, Fort Washington serves the C.S. by housing four army branches: Sharpshooters, Artillery, Cavalry, and Medics. As of June, the map and fort itself is currently under devlopment.
