The facility supports high-risk testing and technological development, operating under strict security to prevent valuable materials and unstable experiments from reaching the surrounding city. With permission from the original creator and the Q-Clash team, Horizon has been granted indefinite usage rights for the Neo Tokyo map. [COMMANDS & RULES] ':official' — Starts the raid.
