That said, we ask that guests avoid the uppermost floor of the hotel during their visit as it is currently being renovated, and the hotel is not liable for any physical harm that may occur to any trespassers. Please remain in your rooms between the hours of 3-4 am. Ignore any footsteps outside your door or any noises you may hear.
