Kettle Valley Railway Ro-Scale (SCENERY UPDATE!)

Changelog - Fixed Scenery Elements - Fixed Bugs Westbound to Penticton follows the Kettle Valley Railway on its journey between Grand Forks & Princeton. The KVR was a subsidiary of the Canadian Pacific Railway for most of its existence and served as a way to prevent southward economic flow. It was built after the Canadian government feared the Americanization of the "Boundary Country". The Railway is some of the most treacherous rail line built in the world, after a major landslide in 1958 left the Western half unusable. The railway would last another ~30 years before abandonment in the 1990's.
