Welcome to the BETA version of Citadel. Reminder that this is not a finished product, and bugs are to be expected. Dual cap, Static numbers, 1:1 ratio. Preflooding is not available currently. RULES: Alternative accounts will not be allowed. An average ping of 250ms+ will result in a sub. Exploiters acknowledged by Clanware will be removed.
