Upon completion. We had to find this Outpost since our old one ran out of resources so the Emperor sent out two loyal soldiers RedCater and Needyicefire500. They found this planet and showed the Emperor and he had his soldiers move t the new planet. Outpost Perkstan received an official opening by Emperor Korvak on 6-22-15, and serves as Frost's official and most prestigious Outpost.
