Welcome to above the heavens. DUALCAP ONLY. Minimums are 6s or above. 550 DC MINIMUM. Heal Swords. ------------------------------------------------------------------- RULES - No CW exploiters strike 3 and above allowed. - No exploiting - NO mercs are allowed (all players will be checked during the match) - If a player has a constant 250+ ms, or spiking, will be subbed out. - Studding is NOT allowed. If caught constantly studding more than 5 times, you will be kicked. - Glitches of any kind are strictly forbidden - AA is NOT allowed. - SOTM HRs reserves the rights to kick/team anyone out deemed suspicious without evidence needed. (doesn't have to be valid or not, we still maintain the right to if deemed suspicous.)
