"The residential state of the vampire capital; holding its clans elders and the original bloodline master." Wording rules: My master: only used towords your maker. My lord/lady: only used towords clan nobility. Sleng terms: Blood bags: refer to humans. Nobility: refer to full fledge vampires. Ghouls: refer to low bloodline vampires. Elders: refer towards 2nd generation vampires. Maker: refer to a vampire that created another vampire. Progeny: refer to all the vampires that been created from one vampire.
