The Grand Capital was the Soviet Union's first establishment after the rebuild. It is used to coordinate plans and meetings, along with it being a heavily guarded entrance to further outposts. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- RULES: - Must have 5 Soviet Union soldiers active or permission by a D6+ to raid OFFICIALLY. - Be cooperative. - No cheating. - Must take screenshots if you win. - No more than 2 hour raids. - Unknown/Civilians can't wear our uniform. - Civilians are NOT allowed to capture the flag. - Remember, this is our base, not yours. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- - The Soviet Union may only arrest you if you are surrendered. - The Soviet Union are authorized to shoot any Unknown unless you are surrendered. - During a raid, no arrests will be made until a full surrender.
