Located on the Uthal Plains on the planet Saluri is a palace built by Saluri's ancient inhabitants. The Salurian Palace of Uthal was discovered by Krusador on one of his lengthy adventures. No one knows why or exactly when it was built. Some say the Domini posses dark ancient powers that drain the energy and skill of those opposing the Salurians. This is used as SRA's rally point and meeting area. Credit to Speedycub100.
