War Room V1

This is a military/clan war tool, currently barebones, intended to be utilized as a map editor. Currently there are three building zones accessed from a thrown together morph room via basic teleporters, and a placeholder admin commands script is in place. What's done is the editor, really. Expect major changes to make this thing practical including live player tracking, saving, and being able to add your own group into the map editor's settings. Later, this will be apart of an ecosystem of games meant to jumpstart and maintain groups similar to Futuretops.
