The 28th Hunger Games took place in a huge crater. At the center of the crater, a lush meadow was located. The games started off deadly, with 1 tribute dying within the bloodbath, and a huge team fight exploding shortly after. 2 events occurred within this arena: A flood, which engulfed the entire arena, and shortly afterwards, the arena started to decay, killing off nearly 90% of the plant life within the arena. The victor, Barrie, won his games by eliminating Caroline with his spear, while the boy from 3 got his tracker exploded due to not complying with the gamemakers.
