The night shift never ended. Something got inside. Fight off endless waves of whatever's roaming the wards — solo or with up to 5 friends. Every wave hits harder, moves faster, and sends something worse than the last. 🔫 9 WEAPONS — Start with a pistol. Max it out to unlock the next. Work your way up to the M134. ⚙️ 6 UPGRADES PER GUN — Damage, fire rate, reload speed, range, magazine size, recoil control. ☠️ 5 ENEMY TIERS — Common shamblers up to Legendary horrors. The deeper you go, the rarer the things that find you. 👹 BOSS WAVES — Every 10–15 waves, something much bigger comes through the doors. 🩸 LAST STAND — Go down instead of dying. Get pulled back up, or don't. 🤝 5-PLAYER CO-OP — Queue up together in the lobby, revive your squad, go again. How far can you get before the hospital takes you?
