“Sa Ilalim ng Kahel na Langit”

This map is dedicated to my Dada, Kahel—the person who became my tahanan from the moment I became his little princess. Since then, you have been my safe place, my sumbungan, and someone I can run to whenever life feels too heavy. Maybe that’s why the song “Kahel na Langit” reminds me of you. You became my kahel na langit—my comfort whenever I’m not okay, a place where I can feel safe and at peace. To my dada, KAHEL Dada, this map is for you. This is my small way of giving back even a little of the comfort you’ve given me. Just like how you became my safe place, I hope this map can also be a place you can go to whenever you need to rest, breathe, or simply escape from everything for a while. Parang ako na rin ito—isang lugar na pwede mong puntahan at maging safe place mo, just like how you became mine. 🤍🧡
