Parliament is a persistent, player-run geopolitical MMO played on a real-world map. There are no NPCs and no script: every weapon, every loaf of bread, every tax rate, every headline and every border is produced or decided by a citizen like you. You spawn into a real region as a citizen of a real country, with starter rations and a little gold, and step into a world that was already moving before you arrived.
