Your actions fall under his command even if they are a lower rank than you, excluding the King and Fleet Admiral. 1. No spawnkilling/FF killing. You will be kicked. 2. No spamming. You will be banned and/or demoted. 3. No vulgarities. You'll be banned and/or demoted. 4. Be nice to others and respect them. No flaming whatsoever.
