After the Chief of the Wallace Family left USM 40s to unite with an old commander and friend, the remaining Wallaces were seperated from other soldiers and labeled as threats. Hugh threatened them with punishment and even exile. Many were beaten and fled the family in search of salvation. Those who fought back were defeated.
