Arcem Deus is a territory of humble origins, as the first garrison Grandmaster Belegon of the Eternal Flame established for the Order. Inside of the town, human refugees from all across the Elydrian continent congregate here under the protection of Infernum's Knights and find solace in Humanity's supremacy to come.
