Undine Encampment

The City of Shadeston may not be small but due to its continuing increase in population, encampments where created above ground in-where a Race Commander will be in-control of as the voice of the Injustice Council. History of the Undine Encampment This encampment was found by Udara the first Commander of Undine's in the rise of Injustice Era. He believed that this was a perfect destination for the Undine's to set-up home as it was surrounded by large lakes and was close enough to home but far away enough from danger. The first Undine Commander, Udara- died shortly after the construction finished for this encampment due to an illness he had caught in-which was beyond the healing of undine's magic. Udaras sister, Edena then became the Commander of Undine's and became titled 'The Instant Healer' for she had mastered Healing to a point in-where it almost became instant.
