For raiders and SURGE, raiders can wear packages and headless if these passes are bought at our bases and SURGE can wear packages or headless at training events in appropriate teams. Headless Allowance- Allows you to wear Headless and Noob Attack: Mech Mobility head. Package Allowance- Allows packages.
