Welcome to [CE] Corps of Engineers Headquarters, built with state of the art technology. This facility is located 500 miles away from Imperium on a terraformed planetoid. The facility is powered by 4 nuclear generators and cooled by a newly developed coolant. The newest Terran Empire technology is developed in the labs. The facility is guarded by the most capable armed officers. This facility includes, Living Quarters, Conference Rooms, Labs, Mall, and Theater. This facility is currenty under construction. Parts of the facility is currently closed of to public.
