[RAID] Falarium scouting base

Raiding rules I)No hacking or exploiting in any way. You will get instantly banned. II)The Falarium admin has the ability to use admin commands as they deem necessary, if you think that they are AAing then DM the Commander. III) Raiders cannot cross the blue line, Falarium troops can't cross the red line. IV)There must be at least 5 Falarium and 3 raiders for an official raid. One of the Falarium must be Ensign or higher. Raid win terms I) Raiders win if they capture the flag 3 times total from Falarium's base, if Falarium drops below 3 members during the raid the raid will be an unofficial raider victory. II) Falarium wins if they kill the Raiders 50 times, they hold the raiders back for 30 minutes (45 if 2 captures have happened), or the raiders depart/surrender.
