NOTICE: This was the implementation of a ROBLOXIAN tax on all users. This was to fund for the deficit of servers in the current arsenal, this was an asset seized by the federal government under its jurisdiction. Any signs of withdrawal from this tax will result in an international arrest warrant applicable under federal LAW.
