A complex aboard the I.O.P Training Arc that uses Holographics-VR technology to act as a multi-utility training center. Members with high enough access levels have access to the control room to manipulate the current holographic simulation to serve as the appropriate training ground. As per the mandate by the High Council member in charge of Training, the Holographic Simulation Center is also expected to soon have personal holorooms for off-duty training.
