Welcome to the city of Novokatysh (nicknamed Neon Town). Founded 3 years ago, the city used to be a crime paradise, but when the OCE showed up, everything changed. The city before was a destroyed metropolis, no food, clean water, or electricity. Gangs patrolled the streets. All until the iron fist of justice came down, and the city turned into a thriving, innovative, and safe place to live. Be a soldier and restore order! Be a criminal and promote chaos! Or, just be a citizen, live your life, and enjoy a cup of coffee.
