R15 The Grand arena of Orsinium was created by King Bagruh Gro Kesh. The arena was built so that Orcs could hone their skills in combat and not become soft "City Orcs." As a result many of the skilled and noteworthy Orcish warriors and those abroad from other cultures or factions came to hone their skills such as the Fighters Guild. As a result, many Orcs visited those factions and explored the world. There are never less than a few Orcs in every town and city in Nirn. Credit: BlockNefarious
