Same as the AC, there isn’t always a captain but up to two active roster members may be promoted to captain by the HC. The captain really has no defined authority, that is determined by his HC. If the HC becomes inactive for one week, he may be replaced by the commissioners with an interim head coach (IHC). There may be more to this, but for now, this is all I’ve got (may be updated anytime between 6/20/19 at 3:00pm EDT and 6/25/19 at 8:00pm EDT, but won’t be updated again until after the S2 after 6/25/19 at 8:00pm EDT). If you have any other ideas for this, tell me and I’ll consider it!
