Located on the shores of Insula and named after the Second Emperor of Time, this outpost is a vital spot for Osiran military operations as it contains a communications tower that is used for reconnaissance of hostile rebellions within the Empire of Time. Raid whenever you'd like; we'll deploy when ready. 1 terminal with 900 second timer; rollback on recap. 9v11 - Raids are an hour long with overtime. - To notify us of a raid, you can join the disc linked to the group and notify us in the raid-notification channel. - Exploiting and cheating will result in a ban and a possible void of the raid. - No frogjumping.
