Welcome to the Shake Shack Training Centre, the place where you get promoted! The training centre is our only place to be promoted to higher ranks. Whether you are coming to prepare for your Junior Griller training or coming to practice, the training centre is always open. Providing a calm setting and our lovely V1, the training centre is a great place to expand your knowledge. To pass a training to the next rank, you must complete a cooking test and a grammar testt. You must have good grammar, follow the directions of staff and be respectful to your fellow workers. If you cannot abide by this, you will fail your training. Trainings are now hosted at random times! Make sure to check the group wall and see when they are. Got any questions about the new schedule? Ask an HR or MR. If you need further assistance, you can contact me and I will explain in depth what to do.
