Special Containment Procedures Foundation Armed Containment Facility - 21 Located in Melbourne, Australia Site -21, operated by the Special Containment Procedures Foundation is an armed containment area known to withhold a large amount of anomalous entities, objects and phenomenons. To ensure the safety of the facility and the safety of all Foundation personnel within the Armed Containment facility, Site - 21 is heavily fortified with armed forces. Site - 21 was made in hopes of being able to contain all the containable SCPs currently held by the Foundation so all other sites and Areas can be demolished and the presence of the Foundation will be minimised.
