The Imperial City, lies in the the heart of Cryodiil, on a peninsular upon Lake Rumare. The city is the seat of the Emperor of Tamrel.The City is Dived into seven districts, the Palace District, the Maket District, the Talos Plaza Disrict, The Elven Gardens District, the Temple District and the Arboretum. In the center lies the White-Gold tower, which houses the Elder Council rooms, and the emperor and his household. NOTE: The City is NOT a warzone! If you want a Battle go to the Battle Grounds.
