A safe haven located atop Seraph Towers, a group of corporate towers utilized by Shadow Gear. After the 3rd revival of Shadow Gear, a rally location became necessary. The rooftops of Seraph Towers have been re-purposed to meet this demand while another offshore facility undergoes construction.
