41 BCE War is on the horizon. The Second Triumvirate has collapsed and the Roman Republic is under civil war. The city-states of Greece have grown overly ambitious and seek to expand across new horizons now that the renowned Alexander of Macedon has presented the East to the Greek world. To the east, the Parni have usurped the seat of Parthia from the Seleukid satrap, Andragoras, and have settled in northern Hyrcania whilst the Persian satraps have grown restless and have decided to take fate into their own hands to fulfill the ambitions of their ancestors. The world is for the taking if the right-hand reaches out to grasp it. Assets appearing on the armies on the map are the property of the nation they represent or of the theatre.
