The USSR Government sees theres a lot of these people called "furries." the USSR Government decided to make furry conventions around the USSR. Not only in Russia but in the Soviet Socialist republics! East Germany their subject nation sees a lot of economic opportunities with these conventions! They build one in a rural town in south east Germany. Then furries from all over Poland, Yugoslavia. and East Germany of course! The furries from those area's Move to south east Germany. (East Germany made propaganda saying its going be the nicest furry convention in Eastern Europe) but Czechoslovakia's furry convention was far nicer. But the furries did not care they just wanted a convention to go to with like minded people. The East German economy went up when they got fur suit factory's started. They made a lot of motivational Clips and posters to get people interested in the furry fandom! 4 months later the West starts doing furry conventions too.
