New Novokatysh - Galnion Prime, Order Of The Crimson Eagle ___________________________________________________ As old Novokatysh was swept away by modernization, the order looked far and wide for a new urban center, until they found this city. It was abandoned by an old civilization known as the Ascotians. They built a great economical and military empire, until they were destroyed, and the city was deserted. Even to this day the OCE is still cleaning up old supplies, and refurbishing the city as their own.
