This fortress was first used as a high security prison put into the desert for covert experiments and operations. It is now used as a close-combat headquarters for the Paratus Division. The terminal is click to capture. It is much easier and quite different from normal terminal capture. Contact a general+ and arrange a time in which you wish to raid. There must be at least 3 Paratus Division members present for the raid to be official. Expect more updates in the future, and a new base. This base may be bad, good, or whatever you think.
