Description (written by the developer; not a statement by this register)
After World War Two, The Soviets took part of Germany while the British, French and Americans took the other half, these states became known as East and West Germany, the Capital, Berlin was also divided, in our darkest hour it looked like the East would fall to the West, but then Noisydoc took control and became the Head of State, he was able to take back west Berlin and created the new city, United Berlin.
