RESTORATION PHASE The Restoration Phase is the beginning phase of modernizing Moscow. In the next coming months, many buildings will be demolished and replaced starting with the Kremlin and going on to the Balakh District next to the Kremlin. In all of Russias history, this Moscow was the basis of Russias civil and political realm, being consistently developed overtime. The Moscow of 2014, though the same, looked entirely different than the Moscow of 2017 when Russia was seized. By reopening this Moscow, and reconstructing it, we show our appreciation for our history and our desire to continue it.
