Description (written by the developer; not a statement by this register)
Research Outpost ██ is located in the winters of Antarctica, administered by a small amount of consul and employees. The regional administrator is to stay there for life and to make sure all is on duty. This outpost is open to a small number of researches and government visitors. This is not a shelter nor is it a military base, it is a foundation's outpost to give aegis to the world.
