Positioned near the northern border of NNA, a city named Noobvania has been dirty bombed by unsuspecting illegal activity, which the military desperately tried to keep contained. They failed, however, many of the citizens had flee'd by the time the bomb has activated. The place remains contaminated with radiation for many years.
