The Citadel, Headquarters of the Brotherhood of Steel based in Washington D.C's Pentagon. Hostiles aren't allowed to enter the Citadel as that would be spawn killing. Brotherhood are not to pass the forward barriers on the bridge unless capturing the Memorial. Official Raid Rules: - Brotherhood or Raiders must accumulate at least 150 Kills and hold the Capture Point to win. - 5 Brotherhood Personnel including a Knight-Captain or Higher must be present at the Citadel to initiate an Official Raid.
