This Stormcloak camp is located in The Rift. It currently serves as the main training facility for those who bolster the ranks of the Stormcloak army. The training compound envelops a dueling area, a raiding/defending outpost, as well as general fighting layouts with the various weapons used by the Nordic Culture of Skyrim. Built by Heahmund
