[THIS PLACE IS NOT RAIDABLE] LORE: Located off the coast of Camlorn lies the Viscount Chamber, also known as the meeting hall for the Province's diplomatic ranks. It takes nearly a week to reach the Viscount Chamber, where a platoon of High Rock's finest are always stationed. War declarations, trials, meetings, and all other official matters occur at the Viscount Chamber.
