[-] You are allowed to pre-flood, but an 'official' defense will not be instituted unless the above conditions are met, therefore it's strongly recommended you alert a high-rank before raiding. [-] Empty-Server raids will be reset. [-] Any cheating from either team will resort in a auto win provided with proof.
