𝐩𝐞𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐜𝐞𝐝𝐮𝐫𝐞𝐬 𝐅𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 ■▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬■ Area-17 is located somewhere in the Arctic. It is unknown where the facility currently is, all outside communications are blocked off by order of the O5 Command. Exact coordinates are unknown and are unable to be disclosed.
