Capitol City; Joviat, Terra Joviat, Terra. The Capitol and probably most dangerous city in all of The Dark Order. Joviat was one of the few cities that were next to some body of water that weren't flooded, thanks only to Joviat's immense dams that a nuke couldn't even destroy.
